The Challenge

The GP is a math wizard that did not have experience with fund structuring and crafting convincing materials that would attract institutional capital. The digital asset industry is nascent, and investors need to feel particularly confident in the professionalism and preparation of the fund manager.

The first 90 days

We worked with TrueCode to develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy that conveyed their edge and showcased the fund’s potential. We also prepared the necessary fund documents and set up operations to minimize overhead.

The Solution

TrueCode Capital was able to launch a fund with over $10M in AUM from leading investors. The fund continued to accept capital on a rolling basis and generated returns two times greater than Bitcoin while taking on less than 50% of the risk.
